The fact that I think Michelle Pfeiffer is the cat's pajamas is no secret. Nor is my belief that she created the best Bat-villain in five films (Heath's turn as The Joker is in a different league). So you can imagine my elatement at the news that Le Pfeiffer is open to returning as the vinyl vixen.

While promoting "Cheri," Michelle was asked whether she'd be interested in returning to the role that cemented her status as a sex symbol. "Oh yeah, it would be really fun," she told Moviefone. "That was really fun. I had a good time."

But before you go and cut up your old rain jacket, understand that Michelle doesn't actually think it's in the cards. "I think they like to get a new face for the different characters, and I understand it."

OK, fine -- so Michelle won't be playing Selena Kyle again, but what about cribbing from a few other Batman comics and turning Michelle into a Selena/Barbara Gordon amalgam who trains the new Catwoman in the art of the heist?
