Because Beyonce never puts less than her everything into those signature energetic performances, a smattering of silly shots are always generated at every concert -- such was the case with her history making headlining gig at this weekend's Glastonbury festival, where she became the first female singer to ever snag the slot.
"I wanted you all to know, right now you are witnessing my dream. I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for having me and my band here," she told the crowd of thousands after opening with "Crazy in Love."
When informed of the honor, Beyonce made a promise. "I never, ever thought I would be able to headline Glastonbury... I'm so honored that I am the chosen woman and I promise, ladies, I'm going to rock!"
And that she did -- so check out the concert below (including a Destiny's Child medley!) and let Beyonce rock you.
