Now that Taylor Lautner has been confirmed to return as Jacob Black, he was able to brave the snow with co-stars Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart at the Japan premiere of "Twilight." For months the studio debated whether Taylor would look mature enough to play the romantic lead in the sequel, "New Moon." But after adding lots of muscle he was deemed worthy. Well, I gotta tell you -- after seeing this snap, I feel like he might be more than worthy.
Not only has Taylor continued to bulk up his once slight frame, but it looks like he's grown a few inches too. Back in September, Robert towered over the younger actor, but now, as they're gearing up to start production on the sequel, the boys are seeing eye to eye.
Clearly the studio's concerns that Taylor wouldn't be convincing as a romantic rival for swooney Robert were all for naught. In fact, I think as we approach the Nov. 20 debut of "New Moon," the question will become: "Is Taylor Now Better Looking Than Robert?" Well.....
