Cameron Diaz became the 2386th icon to receive a star on The Hollywood Walk of Fame yesterday. "Charlie's Angels" star Lucy Liu and director McG were just a few of Cammy D's friends who came out to show their support.

But the most unexpected celeb appearance went to Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes. Granted, Tom co-starred with Cameron in 2001's underrated "Vanilla Sky" but I didn't realize they'd stayed friends.

In reality, I'm sure their public show of support had less to do with that movie and more to do with "Wichita," a new film that Tom and Cameron are planning on reuniting for.

In that picture, Tom would star as a secret agent who pops in and out of the life of a single woman. Basically, it's "Mission Impossible III" without the marriage subplot.

Personally, I'd rather see Katie co-star with Cameron as dueling spies who spar over the same average Joe. Oooh, copyright!
