What's new pussycat?

February 10, 2011 ι Ryan Brockington

Nicole "I was better with my backup kitties" Scherzinger premiered her music video today for "Don't Hold Your Breath," the only single of hers I have ever truly liked.

And I gotta say ... it's not that bile inducing.

The track was produced Dave Aude (remixed Rihanna's "S&M" and Katy Perry's "E.T.") -- was once produced by Timbaland and sang by Keri Hilson, but soon found it's way into Nicole's collection because she was in NEED of a hit for her upcoming debut solo album (rumored to drop at the end of March).

Her attempt at Beyonce status has been in the works for well over three years, but a full album has constantly been pushed and pushed. Maybe this video and track will give her the jelly her fans are undoubtedly ready for. Me however, I'm not ready for that jelly, I really don’t even like that jelly that much.

Check out the video below, featuring Nicole in the back of a car getting ready and then dancing around on a "Dexter"-like set. Riveting huh?
