The Katie Holmes makeover continues

Weeks after news of her divorce first hit the newsstands, Katie Holmes' reinvention continues to pick up speed: It's just been announced that this fall she'll star in the new Broadway comedy "Dead Accounts."

She was last seen on the Great White Way in a revival of Arthur Miller's "All My Sons," in 2008.

Good for Holmes to keep busy. She could enter a couple of events at the Olympics in between rehearsals. How hard can it be?

Speaking of moving fast, "Dead Accounts" is by Theresa Rebeck, whose "Seminar" was on Broadway just this past season, and who may have had some time on her hands after she was let go from "Smash," the TV series "Smash" she'd created.
