Up-and-comer Jamie Bell, whose Steven Spielberg-directed “The Adventures of Tintin” opens tomorrow, took a three-day break from the craziness of promoting a blockbuster with his first-ever trip to New Orleans. “It’s the most European-feeling place I’d been to in the States,” says the English actor. “The architecture in the French Quarter is beautiful. There’s a haunted quality to it.” Bell marveled at the Bourbon Street insanity, enjoying the “lawless” feel of people drinking in the streets, and the oddity of “a wedding procession [that] suddenly comes through, and you can join in.” Bell also relished the feel of NOLA classic Jacques-Imo’s, where he dined on fried chicken, grits, and fried green tomatoes.

During this year's Art Basel down in Miami, Real Housewife Ramona Singer thrilled at the sites at the Museum of Contemporary Art in North Miami, where the Vanity Fair party featured some “impressive, but incredibly bizarre” work - including, she tells The Post, “trash cans hanging from walls, or rope made to look like a snake – akin to something Duchamp would have done.”

Will.I.Am took time away from pumpin’ it with the Black Eyed Peas to lend a hand for some victims of tragedy. “Im on my way to sendai japan for tsunami relief,” he tweeted. "People are still rebuilding their lives from the devastation...#willpower”.
