We asked “Big Bang Theory” executive producer Bill Prady to select his favorite epiosodes of the long-running comedy. With over 100 in the vault by now, it wasn’t easy, but he persevered:

1. “The Skank Reflex.”
“This is possibly my favorite Penny episode, and it gave Kaley Cuoco a chance to shine as she explored one of the worst ‘morning afters’ you could imagine. The scene between Penny and Raj as she breaks the news to him that their one-night stand (or almost one night stand) won’t blossom into a relationship makes me tear up every time I see it.” Original air date: Sept. 22, 2011
