Rap on teen in cop plunge

A charge of reckless endangerment was added yesterday to drug charges filed against a Brooklyn teen whose desperate flight from cops caused one officer to fall from a fire escape, breaking his skull and collarbone.
Cops said Jesus Ortiz, 18, was plying his trade from a Brownsville stoop Friday when he spotted them and tried to make his way to the roof.
The injured cop was still undergoing treatment last night at Kings County Hospital.
