Cops hunting for pair in savage Midtown slashing

Detectives are hunting for two suspects in connection with a savage knife attack in Midtown.
The pair was captured on newly released surveillance footage at a store near the crime scene just before the assault on a 23-year-old man near Second Avenue and East 52nd Street around 3:45 a.m. on July 21, cops said.
One of the perps slashed the man in the leg, causing him to lose a massive amount of blood. Miraculously, the victim survived and is now listed in stable condition. Both suspects fled.
