A woman was busted for stiffing her Hell’s Kitchen landlord out of $65,000 in rent in after stealing a person’s identity to get the lease, authorities said.
Heidi Tresvan, 22, allegedly presented a stranger’s signature and W-9 form to obtain a one-year lease for an apartment on 42nd Street near 10th Avenue on March 17, court papers state.
She was arrested Tuesday, records show.
The person whose identity Tresvan allegedly stole reported not being acquainted with the suspect, authorities added.
Tresvan was charged with grand larceny, identity theft and forgery.
A gun-toting teen followed a man off a subway train and shot him dead, police sources said yesterday.
Peren Phillippe, 21, boarded an A train Friday evening with a pal at the Far Rockaway-Mott Avenue stop and got off at Beach 44th Street at about 8:15 p.m. sources said.
Diamonte Alexander, 18, of Far Rockaway, allegedly followed Phillippe off the train to the street and shot him in the torso and legs on Rockaway Beach Boulevard, cops said.
EMS rushed Phillippe to Jamaica Hospital, where he died.
As cops pursued Alexander, he allegedly ditched a 9mm pistol.
Police quickly apprehended the suspect, who was charged with murder and criminal possession of a weapon.
The victim’s friend said he and Phillippe were not acquainted with the killer, and the motive behind the slaying was not immediately clear.
Sources said Phillippe had a rap sheet listing six prior arrests, including two busts for weapon possession.
The other cases had been sealed, sources added.
Cops stopped a man for driving with his headlights off in Elm Park — and then collared him for drunken driving, authorities said.
Anastacio Camacho, 44, was pulled over in his white 2002 Chevy van at about 5:15 p.m. Monday at Trantor Place and Hooker Place, court papers state.
His eyes were bloodshot, and he reeked of alcohol, according to law-enforcement sources.
He failed a Breathalyzer test and was charged with DWI, authorities said.
A firefighter was busted after an argument with his wife turned violent in Bergen Beach, police sources said.
Dominick Santamaria, 40, allegedly assaulted his spouse at their home in the vicinity of East 60th Street at about 7:20 p.m. Friday, sources said.
The victim suffered an arm injury, the sources added.
Santamaria was arrested on charges of assault and harassment, cops said.
A boozed-up firefighter made the mistake of parking his vehicle next to a police cruiser, police sources said.
Ellis Williams, 36, pulled his Dodge Charger next to a cop car at about 10:55 p.m. Friday at Grand Army Plaza and Flatbush Avenue — and an officer quickly noticed his slurred speech and bloodshot eyes, sources said.
Williams refused to take a Breathalyzer and was charged with DWI.
