No casting couch

Indie-movie queen Julie Delpy says she was so vocal in her teens about the casting-couch culture in France, it wrecked her career in her native country. “I think I broke an ashtray on one director’s head,” she told us at a Cinema Society screening for “2 Days in New York,” also starring Chris Rock. “I was really strong so I didn’t have that danger facing me.” Others at the Grey Goose and MCM event included Marisa Tomei, Tyra Banks, Heather Graham and the Rev. Al Sharpton.
