That Newark Mayor Cory Booker, Virgin founder Richard Branson and the Rev. Al Sharpton are expected at the Thursday premiere of “Breaking the Taboo,” a doc by Branson’s son Sam about the war on drugs. A panel discussion will also be led by Katie Couric . . . That the Spin Doctors will perform alongside Morgan Stanley’s James Macedonio and RBC’s Peter Carrara at Wall Street Rocks Battle of the Bands on Tuesday, in front of 1,000 bankers and wealth managers at Irving Plaza, to raise money for the Salvation Army.
