DEAR POST MAN

April 15, 2007 -- Dear Post Man:

Why is it so hard to find a special person for dating or a relationship? The women I have heard from like the “bad” boys and us nice guys never stand a chance. What do nice guys have to do to get the girls?

Rather than blaming women for liking bad boys, why not blame yourself for liking the women who like bad boys? I know what your problem is: You like the bad girls, the ones with a hint of crazy in their eyes. You know the kind – they are sweet and give a smile that is telling but are still hiding something. You don't know what that something is, but you know it's a dirty something. These girls like bad boys, and you want to know what the bad boys are getting that you're missing out on. But you’re just striking out time after time. Do you honestly think that every girl likes the same type of man? Of course not! There is someone out there for everyone. You just need to change your perspective. Forget the glint of dirty. Go for the wholesome grin and you may have a better time running the bases.
