A bikini-clad good Samaritan attempting to help lifeguards with a Labor Day rescue in the Rockaways last year found herself barefoot in jail after scolding an ill-tempered cop, according to a new federal lawsuit.
Artist and surfer Lynn Jadamec, 30, was painting on her front deck on Beach 93rd Street when she saw the lifeguards scrambling to find a missing child in the treacherous surf, according to court papers.
She grabbed her paddleboard and ran to offer assistance, her lawyers say.
When Jadamec scolded a cop who refused to call rescuers to come and get the board, the officer arrested her, according to the suit.
The Queens DA later dropped the charges.
