A Mount Vernon teen was being held on $1 million bail yesterday after opening fire on two cops and head-butting one, police said.
The boy, 17, opened fire on two officers who were sent to South 21st Avenue near West Second Street to investigate reports of shots, and head-butted one of the cops after being put in handcuffs, police said.
