LOS ANGELES - Heeeeeere's a lawsuit!
Ed McMahon, the long-time sidekick to legendary Tonight Show host Johnny Carson, sued Cedars-Sinai Medical Center yesterday, claiming its doctors failed to diagnose his broken neck after a fall and discharged him without taking an X-ray.
McMahon, 85, also accused Cedars-Sinai of botching two follow-up operations.
McMahon's lawsuit says that when he visited Cedars-Sinai after a March 2007 fall, he told doctors he felt like a bobble-head doll, but they still discharged him.
