JETS JOIN 'LICENSE' TO STEAL

Gang Green fans are about to feel as blue as their Giants counterparts.

A Jets spokesman told The Post yesterday that season-ticket holders will be slapped with the same personal seat license: a one-time fee for the right to buy season tickets that the Giants levied on their fans.

The licenses are meant to offset the Jets' half of the $1.6 billion in construction costs for the new, 82,500-seat stadium it will share with Big Blue, beginning in 2010.

Details of the Jets pricing plan won't be announced until the end of August. The Giants are charging between $1,000 to $20,000 per license.

"As a lifelong Jets fan, I'm upset, because they're trying to price out the average, blue-collar fan and make it more corporate, especially when you also take into account that they are raising the ticket prices," fumed Christopher Frusci, a Staten Island bus driver who has had season tickets for five years.
