CLUB-hopping hedge-fund billionaire James Chanos has a new place for Ashley Dupre to house-sit. Public records show that Chanos - who is called "Uncle Jim" by Eliot Spitzer's high-priced hooker, and who introduced Dupre to friends as his Hamptons house-sitter - has paid $20 million for a triplex penthouse condominium in a Beaux Arts townhouse on East 75th Street, reports The Post's Braden Keil. The 14-room, five-bedroom spread, which had a $24.85 million asking price, has Central Park views, multiple terraces and a massive master bedroom suite. The listing broker was Paula Del Nunzio.
