ALLAH made me funny - not.
Three Muslim-American stand-up comics - Mo Amer, Azhar Usman and Preacher Moss - show off their comedic talents in the concert film "Allah Made Me Funny."
The potential for hilarity is there but never achieved. There's no outrage a la Margaret Cho. Instead, the jokes are tepid and generic, better suited to late-night Comedy Central than the big screen.
Running time: 83 minutes. Not rated (mature humor). At the Quad, 13th Street, between Fifth and Sixth avenues.
