More than 300 city students were illegally arrested from 2005 to 2007, the New York Civil Liberties Union said yesterday.
Under state law, kids under 16 cannot be charged with minor, noncriminal offenses, yet cops repeatedly busted them for disorderly conduct, loitering and trespassing, the NYCLU said.
An NYPD spokesman said, "The NYPD has an obligation . . . to maintain order."
