AMERICAN women may be jolted by Jamie Cat Callan's upcoming advice book, "French Women Don't Sleep Alone." She argues that French females have "an effortless gift for attracting men" that our gals sorely lack and need to learn. "French women don't listen to Dr. Phil's advice. They don't worry about the care and feeding of their boyfriends . . . American women are trying too hard - and the results have been grim," chirps a blurb for the book, out in March. "On the contrary, French women's love lives are romantic, sensual, playful, complicated, intense and positively epic."
